This site is run by Anton Yudin (YudinGrowth), San Diego, California. By using it you agree to what is below. It is short, and worth the two minutes.

What this site is

An introduction to me and the work I do. Everything here — the writing, the results, the way I describe how I work — is background so you can decide whether a conversation is worth having. That is its whole job.

Nothing here is advice

Reading this site does not make me your consultant, and nothing on it is professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice for your situation. I have not seen your business. Any decision you make after reading it is your own.

We are working together only when we have both agreed to it in writing and a signed agreement exists. Sending the letter on this site does not create that. Neither does booking a call, having the call, or a friendly email exchange afterwards.

About the results described here

The outcomes on this site happened in specific businesses, in specific markets, at a specific time, with those owners doing their part. They are what happened, not what will happen for you. Nothing here is a projection, a guarantee, or a promise of similar results.

Writing to me

The letter on this site reaches me as an email. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through it — trade secrets, financials, customer lists, anything under an NDA elsewhere. It is an ordinary email, not a secure channel, and sending it to me does not put me under any duty of confidence.

That protection comes from a signed NDA, and I am happy to sign one before you show me anything real. Ask, and we will do that first.

I read what you send and reply when it warrants a reply. I am not obliged to respond to every message, and I may decline work for any reason.

Booking a call

Scheduling happens on Calendly’s site, under Calendly’s own terms and privacy policy — not mine. A booked call is a conversation, not an engagement, and either of us can reschedule or cancel it.

What is mine

The text, structure, design, images and code on this site are mine, or used with permission. Read it, quote a line with credit, send someone the link. Do not republish it, resell it, feed it to a service that reproduces it as its own, or use it to hold yourself out as connected to me.

Company names and marks belonging to businesses I have worked with are theirs, and appear here to describe work I did — not as their endorsement of this site.

Links to other places

Where this site links out — LinkedIn, Calendly, a client’s site — you are on someone else’s property under their rules. I do not control those places and am not responsible for what is on them.

Fair use of the site

Use it the way a person would. No scraping the letter form, no automated submissions, no attempts to break, overload or get into parts of it that are not public. The form is rate-limited, and I may block traffic that abuses it.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. I keep it accurate and online, but I do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or current, and I do not warrant that anything on it fits your particular purpose.

Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site — including lost profits or business decisions made on the strength of something you read here. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to $100.

This does not limit anything that cannot legally be limited, and it does not apply to work done under a signed agreement between us — that agreement governs its own terms.

Changes

I may change this site or these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top moves. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.

Which law applies

California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Anything that cannot be worked out between us belongs in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California, and we each agree that is where it goes.
