For owners thinking about selling

Sell me your business

I’ll keep it strong. I’ll keep it growing.

I’m Anton Yudin. I’m looking to buy one company and run it myself, the way I’ve run and grown businesses for others for 23 years.

Meet your business buyer

I started in sales and became the top performer in a company with 2,400 stores nationwide. What kept me wasn’t the ranking. It was figuring out the system behind it. I spent the next two decades doing that at every level: building teams, running campaigns, opening locations, launching companies, fixing what was broken, and growing what had potential. Across industries, across countries, from the sales floor to the boardroom.

I’ve also failed, restarted, and rebuilt more than once. That’s not a disclaimer. It’s what taught me what actually holds a business together when things get hard. Today I know the difference between a business with real foundation and one that just looks good on the outside. That’s what I’m bringing to the table.

I’m looking for one business to buy and manage for years

This is the next chapter for me. I want to own a business, run it every day, and build something that is mine. One company, for the long term, with everything I know and everything I am capable of. That means fixing what needs attention, protecting what already works, and scaling it forward.

Every business has a list. Things the owner meant to get to, systems that work well enough but could work better, small inefficiencies that compound over time. That list is where I start. I learn how the operation actually runs, then I get to work on it.

That’s the whole plan, and my future would be staked on it.

Business I want to buy

The checklist is short. The fit is everything

A business with steady profit, consistent earnings, and a team that knows how it runs. That is the foundation. The industry, the size, the location are details. Bring that to the table and there is a serious conversation to be had.

  1. Positive EBITDA

The business earns more than it spends. Real profit, consistent year over year, with clean books that are clear and easy to verify. That is the foundation everything else builds on.

  2. Customers who come back

Recurring revenue, repeat clients, service contracts, loyal relationships. Something people need regularly and keep returning for.

  3. A team that knows the business

People who have been there, know how it runs, and want to stay. They keep the operation solid while it grows.

  4. Concrete and recession-resistant

Steady demand and a service people rely on year after year. Something that runs on its own rhythm regardless of what the market does.

  5. Southern California preferred

San Diego is home base. For the right business, location is just a detail. Solid earnings, good team, real customers. Those matter. Zip code does not.

If your business fits, I want to hear about it.

How a Deal Gets Done

One conversation. Every step handled. Your pace

From the first call to the final handover, here is exactly what happens and when. No surprises, no pressure, no fine print hidden in the back.

Step 1

A private conversation

Just the two of us, off the record. You tell me about your business. I tell you how I work. No commitment from either side. Just a real conversation to see if it makes sense to go further.

Step 2

Confidentiality signed

Before I see a single number, I sign an NDA. What you share stays between us. Your team, your customers, and your competitors never hear a word from me.

Step 3

Getting to know the business

I take time to understand how the business actually runs. Financials, operations, contracts, team, customers. This is not a box-checking exercise. It is how I learn what the business is worth and what it needs.

Step 4

Letter of Intent

Once we both feel good about the fit, I put the terms in writing. Price, structure, timeline, all of it. Non-binding at this stage. Take it to your advisors. Ask every question. Take your time.

Step 5

Financing arranged

I handle the financing side. Whether that is an SBA loan, seller financing, a hybrid structure, or something else, I arrange it and walk you through exactly how it works before anything is signed.

Step 6

Purchase agreement

The final document. Every term spelled out, reviewed by both sides and their advisors. Nothing moves until you are comfortable with every line.

Step 7

Closing

Ownership transfers. Funds move. The deal is done. Clean, documented, and handled by professionals on both sides.

Step 8

Transition and handover

This is where most buyers disappear. I stay. We work through the handover together, at your pace, until your team is steady, your customers feel nothing changed, and you are ready to walk away knowing everything is in good hands.

Every step is yours to approve. Nothing moves without your say.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is this confidential?

Completely. The conversation, the NDA, the numbers, all of it stays between us. Most owners explore a sale long before anyone around them knows. That is normal, and it is safe here.

What happens to my employees?

They keep their jobs. The people who built this business with you know how it runs. Keeping the team in place is good for the business and good for everyone in it.

I am not ready to sell. I am just thinking about it.

Then you are exactly who this page is for. A conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Some of the best deals start a year or two before the owner is actually ready to sign.

How do you actually pay for the business?

A fair price structured around what works for your situation. That can mean a full cash purchase, an SBA backed loan, seller financing, or a combination of all three. You see every number before you decide anything.

Do I have to stay on after the sale?

Only if you want to. Stay through a transition and teach me what only you know, or be done the day we close. Your call, and it gets written into the agreement.

What kind of business are you looking for?

Established, profitable, with customers who come back and a team that knows the operation. Industry matters less than health. I have worked across many sectors and I learn fast. If the business is solid, it is worth a conversation.

How long does the process take?

From first conversation to closing, most deals take three to six months once both sides are aligned. I handle the process, arrange the financing, and keep things moving so you are not waiting on me.
