PRIVACY POLICY
Updated on September 11, 2026
This site is run by Anton Yudin (YudinGrowth), San Diego, California. This page explains what happens to information you give me here. It is short because the site does very little.
What I collect
When you write to me. The letter on this site asks for your name, what you would like to talk about, and your email address. A phone number and a longer message are optional. When you send it, that information reaches me as an email. Nothing is stored in a database — there isn’t one.
When you book a call. The booking link takes you to Calendly, where scheduling happens on their site rather than mine. What you enter there — your name, email and any answers on the booking form — is collected by Calendly and handled under their privacy policy. I see the booking that results.
Automatically. My hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as part of running and protecting the site. When you send the letter, your IP address is held in memory for a few minutes to stop the same visitor from sending hundreds of messages at once. It is never written to disk or kept.
What I do not collect
I do not track you. There are no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no profiles built about you. I do not sell or share personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Booking happens on Calendly’s own site, so nothing they use reaches this one.
Why I have it, and what I do with it
I use what you send me to reply to you and to have a conversation about working together. That is the whole purpose. I do not add you to a mailing list, and you will not receive marketing from me because you wrote to me.
Who else sees it
Three services, each doing one job:
- Resend delivers the email your letter becomes.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
- Calendly handles call booking, on their own site.
They act as service providers. Nobody buys this information from me, because I do not sell it.
How long it is kept
Your letter lives in my email inbox, and I keep correspondence as long as it is useful to the conversation, the way anyone keeps email. Ask me to delete it and I will. Server logs are kept on my host’s normal schedule. The rate-limit record of an IP address disappears within minutes and is never stored.
Your rights in California
Under the CCPA and CPRA you can ask me to tell you what personal information I hold about you, to delete it, or to correct it. You can also ask me not to sell or share it — though I do neither. Exercising any of these will never mean worse treatment from me.
To make a request, email anton@yudingrowth.com. I will reply within 45 days, and usually the same week.
Children
This site is for people running businesses. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. Adding analytics, embedding a booking widget, or adding any new tool counts as a change.
